The Big Joker is higher than the Little Joker in Spades.
In the common two-joker version of Spades, the ranking is:

The November 26, 2024 Pride Sports USA rules place the Big Joker above the Little Joker, with both Jokers ranking above the Ace of Spades.
How to Identify the Big Joker
The Big Joker is commonly the full-color Joker or the card with the larger Joker illustration. The Little Joker is commonly the one-color Joker or the card labeled "Little Joker."
House rules can change the order, so agree on the ranking before dealing if your group uses a different deck or variation.
Some Spades variations promote the 2 of Diamonds, the 2 of Spades, or another card. In the usual two-joker version, the order is:
Big Joker > Little Joker > Ace of Spades
